Register with the Pantry
First time families can register on-line with the pantry through Northern Illinois Food Bank here. (Please use Google translate for forms in Spanish.) More information on self-registration is available in English and Spanish.
By accepting food from us, you are attesting that your monthly gross income is within the guidelines established by the Illinois Department of Human Services

Confined to Home?
Families who are already registered with FISH, and who are confined to home for health or other reasons, can nominate someone else to collect food for them, or we may be able to arrange home delivery.
